Sir I'm suffer from OSMF in last one month my jaw is locked but my two fingers insert the mouth easily and my inner cheeks is white my doctor advise me to take vitakind i
Capsule twice a day in one month and one capsule to take five month pls suggest me it is right.......

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Oral Submucous Fibrosis or OSMF is due to formation of thick fibrous bands under the mucosa of the cheeks and lips due to continuous tobacco chewing habit..
White appearance can be due to blanching of mucosa that is a feature of OSMF while can also be due to Leukoplakia if it is in the form of white patches..
Vitamins is multivitamin supplement and is suitable for OSMF but along with it you also need to apply a combination of Steroid and Hyluronidase containing ointment..
Take anti-oxidants like Lycopene..
So Mouth opening exercises like blowing cheeks and also trying to open mouth more and more..
