Are X-rays Recommended For A Child With No Injuries After An Accident?
My baby was involved in a fatal car accident but luckily she came out with no bruises and she only cried for 5 minutes maybe cos of the shock I don t know but i breastfed her immediately and she sucked well and I have observed her she seems to be playful like she was before the accident. Does she still need any tests, scans or X rays to avoid future brain disorder? Thank you

I can understand your concern. If the baby had no vomiting or head injury or any loss of consciosness then ct scan of head is not mandatory. As the baby is playful and moving all the limbs with out any discomfort, chances of bony injury are highly unlikely. So, donot worry. Just observe the baby for any discomfort.
