Are Zoloft And Xanax Advisable For Anxiety And Shortness Of Breath?

I have shortness of breath at times am taking Zoloft and xanax in afternoon and temtabs for sleep at night.. Otherwise healthy, 73 year old male, former mild alcoholic, no drinks for six months. .. concerned about mild anxiety and breathing. Any advice. ......?.....

Hi dear.This both medications are used to cure depression and anxiety. Xanax more than zoloft gives shortness of breath and you should be aware of it. You have to inform your doctor and reduce dose. Best regards , Dr Olgeta.
