Are Abdominal Cramps And Breast Tenderness Signs Of Normal Periods Or Pregnancy?
I have been taking Rigevidon for the past two weeks or so and have only 4 pills left to take before my 7 day pill-free period. My fiancé and I had unprotected sex 2 nights ago and again the following morning, both times using the withdrawal method. I am now experiencing slight abdominal cramp and tenderness in my breasts. Is this possibly normal period symptoms or is there a chance that I could be pregnant? I have never missed a pill. Thank you.
Hello, well from the history you have given, the chances of pregnancy are less if you have taken the hormonal pills regularly. Breast tenderness and abdominal cramps can occur both in premenustral symptoms and pregnancy. As you are regular with your pills and if you cycles are always regular, I would suggest you to waite for few more days for your periods to arrive. In case your periods are getting too delayed than you may have to consult your gynaecologist for further management. Hope i was helpful to you.
