Are Abdominal Cramps, Bloating And White Vaginal Discharge Signs Of Pregnancy?

So my boyfriend and I decided to try and have a baby, right after my last period I started to take prenatal vitamins and 5days before my period I started cramping and bloating and have thick white discharge and it was only for that day so i was thinking i was gonna get my period but it wasn t that bad and only last maybe a hour or so, I am suppose to get my period tomorrow, could it be a early sign of pregnancy?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Bleeding around the time you expect your periods is very likely due to your periods.
On the other hand, if the bleeding does not last as it should for a normal period for you, then it is best to have a urinary pregnancy test to make sure if you are pregnant or not.

You will need to continue your prenatal vitamins till you get pregnant and at least 12 weeks into the pregnancy.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.
