Hallow Dear,

All the symptoms that you have narrated are not classic symptoms of pregnancy.

The first cardinal symptom of pregnancy is missing a period. There is no mention about it in your history. All the other cardinal symptoms of early pregnancy appear about a week to 10 days later. They are:

1. Nausea and Vomiting

2. Frequent urination

3. Breast symptoms:
a. Engorgement and tenderness
b. Darkening of nipples and areola with areolar widening
c. Montgomery's tubercles under the areola
d. Secretions from the nipples

You do not seem to have any of them.

However, for your confirmation, you may get Beta hCG test done on your blood 10 days after the last unprotected intercourse. Values above 25 mIU/ml are diagnostic of pregnancy while those under 5 mIU/ml denote absence of pregnancy.

You have performed home pregnancy test too early. These tests are best reliable only after about a week to 10 days of the missed period.

Your symptoms appear to be due to hyperacidity of the stomach. Some antacids like pantoprazole will give you relief.

I hope this will clarify your dilemma.
