Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

First of all you should not have tried to conceive again immediately after your miscarriage as your uterus takes time to heal and get better. Lookin at your symptoms i can make out two things

1 . That you have conceived again
2. Or you are having an hormonal imbalance in your body.

I would suggest you to consult a gynecologist and get an ultrasound done. this way you will come to know what the probable cause is.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
