Hi

Lower abdominal cramps, sore breast are common symptoms that occur during pregnancy but it can also occur during ovulation or before the commencement of menstrual cycle. Your pregnancy tests are reliable when done 10 days after missed period or two weeks after intercourse. Otherwise, false negative results can occur.

Since according to your history, your next cycle is due for more than 3 weeks, I would suggest you to take the test 2 weeks after the date of your sexual intercourse.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
