Are Tender Breasts, Abdominal Cramps And Back Pain Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

hi
i am due for my period in 3 days. my breasts have become so tender and fuller, expressed a few drops of clear fluid yesterday. I have abdominal cramps and back ache also. i had a pregnancy test today morning but was negative. i used only 2 drops of urine..I still have a feeling that i am pregnant. could i be?

Hi,
If you had sexual activity during the fertile period and if you are always regular with your cycles, then, your symptoms could point to a possible pregnancy. A home pregnancy test can read well only 3-7 days after a missed period with a fresh early morning sample of urine; you have performed the test too early. The best way to know if you are pregnant now is to go for an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres as this is very sensitive and specific. Hope your query has been answered. Wish you good health.
