General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As a physician I would like to tell you that there are absolutely no chances of getting pregnant as according to your history you had unprotected sexual intercourse at extreme end of your menstrual cycle. So you need not to worry. I would also like to tell you that you should visit your Obgy doctor if you miss your period.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Abhijeet
