Are Abdominal Pain, Pelvic Pain And Blood In Urine Symptoms Of Kidney Infection?

I have been having abdominal pain, pelvic pain, and blood in my urine for over 2 weeks. I work for a foot doctor and had him give me an antiobiotic for what i thought may be a kidney infection. Im taking Bactrim, this is the 3rd day and im not feeling better. Are these the symptoms of a kidney infection, and if so is this the right antibiotic and should i feel better by now?

Blood in urine suggests for renal stone, that also can give urinary infection. You should do an abdominal ultrasound to verify it and than to take medicines.
