hi i recently had oral sex with a lady but had a abbcess in my tooth and gum what are my chances of catcheing aid i'm having jaw pain tooth pain sweats chills. i also what to know if someone has aids and you have sex with them can you catch hiv instead of aids

Any type of sex with exchange if body fluids can cause hiv transmission. An abscess in the oral cavity will favour HIV spread as there will be some mucosal break which makes the exchange of body fluids much easier.
So u need to be tested for hiv
Consult your doctor

Also, regarding HIV and AIDS,

AIDS is the advanced stage of HIV infection. A HIV patients is labelled as aids when he develops some of the aids defining illness ( which occur in the last stages of HIV).
So first , HIV comes and it progress gradually over a variable period to AIDS.
