According to instructions posted by you and my experience, my recommendations are:
1. It seems your child suffers from
polypharmacy side effects, and demand to be hospitalized as soon as possible.
2. The patient needs to test his urine and blood using routine and organs function tests.
3. Spirometry tests are demanded to assess his respiration capacities and reserves.
4. It appears that he suffers from
malnutrition, therefore immediate treatments have to be initiated.
5. Please ask his pediatrics for hospitalization and advance follow up.
Hope he feels better soon,
Regards
