Are Antibiotics Advisable For Elevated WBC And Pyelonephritis?
I had a UA done today and it came back positive for over 2,000 wbc, and also pylonepheritis, (I have chronic UTIs and I ve been septic 3 times this year.) Should I have been given an antibiotic or been hospitalized? I can t keep anything down and the fevers range from 102-105.1
