At the moment, like traditional antidepressants, there is no known risk of addiction to the kalms.
It is quite possible that the use of this supplement (kalms), may help to reduce your
anxiety.
As with all medications there is a risk of side effects, so far
nausea,
stomach cramps and
increased heart rate have been reported.
These effects do not affect everyone and you may not experience these effects or any problems with the medication.
If you do have an issue, it should be reported to your doctor or pharmacist.
It is important to remember as well, that the commonly used anti anxiety medications are not addictive eg
cymbalta, zoloft, celexa, paxil etc
They are also only used for as long as a person needs it.
