Are Arm Pain And Fatigue Indicative Of Menopause?

I have started with bilat hand pain about months ago. Some days are worst and sometime they feel swollen, but don t look it. Like sorta tight. I also have had bilat arm pain mainly from the elbows down. I am fatigue more now than ever and two months ago i started with hot flashes at night. i usually sleep all night and now i am waking up at least once a night for the sweats. I think I am going through menopause, but what is throwing me off is the bilat pain
