Are Back Aches Milky Discharge And Breast Tenderness Symptoms Of Pregnanacy?

Hello. I normally have regular periods. Around every 28-30 days. I have been nauseous day and night, smell sensitivities, lower back aches, headaches, milky white discharge forthe last two days, fullness in my abdomen, fatigue, breast tenderness and they feel swollen, frequent urination, and just started having some constipation as well. I had my last child 4 years ago and my doctor cut a small portion of my tubes so I am wondering if I could be pregnant. I havent taken a home pregnancy test yet. What do you think?

once you have been tubectomized , unlikely that you should be pregnant. these symptoms may even mimic in cases of urinary tract infection as well. get a urine culture done and if you still feel pregnancy could be a cause, get a preg test also done.
