What Causes Lower Back Aches?
Age:32/F, Height- 5ft 3 (approx153cms), Weight- 62.5 kg, Medical history - healthy, mom o f3yr old son, normal delivery - no back ache history except during my cysling during school days and during pregnancy tiredness. I have startd getting back ache, esp lower back. I am riding a two wheeler to and fro to office 6kms away almost. the road is pretty bad and with humps at many places. What can i get a solution to it since i dont want to worsen the situation.

You dont need to worry...many females get this type of pain after delivery.....just wear lumbar support during driving...also use good chair in office with better lumbar support....also dont sleep in sofa...use hard mattresses..n you will be fine...dont worry
