Are Back And Navel Pain Along With White Vaginal Discharge Suggestive Of Pregnancy?
Hi doc I had unprotected sex on the 21 of may and my period came on the 22nd of may I took a postinor pill on the 24th of may .... Its June now and I haven t seen my period for the month of June , I have been having back pain, belly bottom pain and heavy discharge of white substances . could it be that am pregnant??? Your answer would be really appreciated .
Based on the history you have shared, it seems less likely due to pregnancy and possibility of sexually transmitted infection is present. I suggest getting a gynecologist review, and to get ultrasound pelvis as well as cultures and sensitivity tests of the discharge. Pelvic inflammatory disease should be ruled out. Meanwhile OTC analgesics like acetaminophen and antispasmodic like drotavarine can help. Ultrasound pelvis will rule out any pregnancy as well even if it is ectopic.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
