General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
Normally very mild heaviness and occasional pain for fraction of second is common in early pregnancy. You have to avoid hectic work or lifting heavy items. Take normal non spicy diet, drink enough of water. For good motion daily, take more salads, leafy vegetables, fruit and water. Try to be positive and cool. But if pain is more frequent, or accompanied by slightest of blood. You have to rush to doctor for needful hormonal supplement.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
