Are Back Pain, Lower Abdominal Pain, Dry Lips, Loss Of Appetite And Sore Breast Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

hello, had unprotected sex with my husband and my periods are not due until the end of the month. I have back and lower abdominal pain, dry lips, food aversion, sensation of fullness when i eat a liittle bit, sore breast and bitter taste in mouth. could i be pregnant?

Some of these symptoms can occur in women in premenstrual period who are not pregnant . it is not possible to know whether you are pregnant till you miss your period and do a urine test.
