Suffering From Lower Abdomen Pain & Back Pain
Hi,
My age 53 yr. male with lower abdominal pain & lower back pain. Pain came on fast yesterday at noon.
I had lower abdominal pain 7-8 months ago. Had a Lower Cat scan. Came back good. Had a colonoscopy 4 months ago. Came back with redness at end. Did a biopsy came back good.

This looks to be a case of either Irritable bowel syndrome or crohn's or tuberculosis.
You need to go for CT scan of the abdomen, repeat colonoscopy and biopsy, relevant blood, urine and stool tests.
t is possible that you may have hidden Gastrointestinal cancer.
