Hello welcome to the health care magic

Heart burn can be present because of acidity induced by gastritis or gastroesophageal reflux.

For that rabeprazole 20 mg capsule OD can be prescribed for two
USG abdomen done If no improvement.

Ear pain suggest towards acute otitis media like infection for that Otoscopy examination is must.
If tympanic membrane bulges more than cut needs to be put to drain pus.
Antibiotic course can be prescribed

Consult otorhinolaryngologist for examination and discuss your case

Take care
