Are Black Marks On Right Arm Post Exposure To Trash A Cause For Concern?

HELLOO! Ok first of all thank you for your time... Ok so I started working in a roofing company 2 months ago and I love it... But I got a little worry when I realize some black marks on my right arm and not on my left arm and i have no shame to say that I also help my coworkers to pick up the trash 1 month pass not nothing happen until the middle of the second month and I realize black marks around my arm... I don t know if I have to get worry or not
