Are Blisters Around Penis Indicative Of Herpes Or Lichen Planus?

HI,

I was recently diagnosed for Penile Lichen Planus. Along with that my Herpes IGM Test came positive. I have no symptoms for Herpes. The rash on my genital has been there for sroung 3 months which is gradually spreading. I also do have 3-4 blisters scattered on penis head. There is no pain, itch, discharge or any kind of discomfort. I have also been ttested twice for STD and the tests came back all negetive. Not sure if I have Herpes because Herpes IGM came back positive or is it Licen Planus with Herpes.
