I have blisters on same side left buttocks near vagina. Had 2 cultures came back negative. Blood test for I and 2 herpes. 1 said positive for herpes 1. The test for herpes 2 was negative. Went to two doctors to get two opinions. One said I had mouth sores from before. And that I have shingles -And do not have herpes. The other doctor said since test for herpes 1 came back positive, i do have herpes. Is shingles and herpes 1 the same thing. Don't know which one to believe. I did use to have mouth sores all the time. Is it shingles or herpes? Was told herpes 2 test showed I don't have it. Please help
