Are Blood In Urine, Painful Urination And Stomach Cramps Signs Of UTI?

I have blood in my urine. Enough to be concerned about . I have pressure like I have to urinate more but I don t. I hurt like I am going to start my menstrual cycle. I have had a hysterectomy So that is out of the question. Does this sound like I have a UTI??

hi...as per your concern it might be stone in urinary tract or less commonly uti..
so do culture urine and usg pelvis..
and get treatment accordingly.
