General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, Welcome to HCM.
I understand your situation.
Headache and tiredness may be symptoms of seasonal flu. Chest pain occurs in some cases & may indicate severe disease.
Blurred vision is rarely seen in seasonal flu. Headache along with blurring of vision suggests some thing related to blood pressure & heart. Many a times, high blood pressure presents in this manner. Chest pain may also be related to high blood pressure. So I would advise you to get your blood pressure checked.
Hope this will be helpful.
Thanks for your question. Take care.
