Hi,
Welcome To Healthcaremagic.

I can understand your confusion about taking massage.
I have seen many patients of this type. So, I will definitely advise you that your father can take massage on the painful area also without giving any pressure on it or with very little pressure on it.

If massagist apply any medicine, then it should be external.

Hope after doing this he will get well sooner and please share your experience about me on healthcaremagic.

Take Care,
Thank You.
