Are Bright Foci In The Centrum Semiovale Ovale And Deep White Matter A Concern?

Can you tell me what you think this finding may indicate please: bright foci in the centrum semiovale ovale and deep white matter. The differential diagnosis would include gliosis versus vasculitis. Demyelination plaques cannot be excluded but less likely. If clinically indicated, consider contrast MRI for further evaluation
