Are Brown Vaginal Discharge, Spotting And Nausea Normal Post Medical Abortion?

Hi! I had a medical abortion on 9th of August 2016, and I bled max within 24hrs after that I only had spotting and few days before it stopped had a brown and thick discharge, spotting lasted until 16th of August. Im still feeling nausea up to this day, this is now my 11th day after the procedure. Should there be a reason for me to worry about? I m not sure if I had a complete abortion. Should I undergo ultrasound or TVS?
