Are Burning And Hot Sensation In The Lower Back Caused Due To Thyroid?

My daughter has been on Vyvanse since she was about 7 years old ( she only takes the medication on school days not weekends not holidays and not in the summer) (she is now 15) she started suffering from headaches when she was 8, they were mostly around the winter months, now she suffers daily, she takes Topamax 50 milligrams in the morning and 50 milligrams at night she had a CT scan in 2013 when she was 11 1/2,.. it didn t show anything, she had an MRI of her brain about 6 months ago and it showed a cyst. could the Vyvanse have anything to do with this or her headaches?
