Is it possible to have chest pains if you think you are pregnant? I think i may be pregnant, because i am having chest pains?

there are many other sings that you may have if you are pregnant.chest pain in not all an indicator for pregnancy,so do not get confuse.If other things like missed period,vomiting,abdominal discomfort are there this may be indicative of pregnancy,still they need confirmation.
