General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It is possible to be any side effects of the medication you are taking. I suggest to measure your blood pressure 3 times a day and take notes.

Drink plenty of fluids, take the medicine in a sitting position and do not work for an hour after taking them.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
