Are Clustered Lumps In Between Vagina And Anus A Symptom Of HPV?

Hi, a couple of months ago I broke out in hives or bumps and I was having unprotected sex, I went to planned parenthood and my doctor told me it didn t look like herpes and because they didn t hurt she would swab just in case, she took a swab and said I have herpes and prescribed me with acyclovir. Unfortunately the bumps never went away and my perennial area before my anus is still very rough and now I have a small cluster of bumps that look like HPV or penille clusters or vulvar warts. I m really confused and just want it to be fixed, I am continuing to take acyclovir but I have a feeling it is hpv, even though I am pretty sure I have been vaccinated what should I do?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Small clustured lumps what you are describing appears to be genital warts.
You need to get it removed by means of cautery - either electrocautery or chemical cautery.
It is a minor procedure done under local anesthesia.
Kindly consult Dermatologist for proper evaluation and management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
