Are Cramps, Pulsing Sensation In Abdomen Indicative Of Early Pregnancy?

I'm about 11/12 days past ovulation. I had intercourse with my partner on my ovulation day and 2 days after. I was sick this evening because of a smell Nd felt hot flashes. My breasts are bigger and veiny (sometimes does happen) I have cramp/pains in my legs/pelvis and hips now and then this evening I'm hungry a lot and if I don't eat I feel sicky. I can feel a pulsing sensation in my uterus (heartbeat) too. And popping also slight twinges on my left side of uterus? I had yellowish cm yesterday but not a lot cm today? Is this early preg signs? Thanks

Hi..Welcome to HCM..
Pulsations in the vaginal area, morning sickness are the sign of pregnancy but not so early..All of them appear at least 2 wks after a missed period..
If you want to be sure you can do the urine pregnancy test..That is positive after 28 days from the last period..
Heartbeat is not felt.It can be heard only be a stethoscope or a fetoscope..
Don't worry. But if you don't want to be pregnant follow a contraceptive method..
