Are Cysts On My Scalp A Cause For Concern?

I have a couple cysts on my scalp (several years now) no pain but theyve grown quite a bit in the last couple years, the other day the larger older one of the two disappeard in to a flat squishy very tender and much larger spot and now it feels like someone is pulling my hair in that area. Something to be concerned about?

Hello. These are probably benign sebaceous cysts but if one of them is tender it may be infected, so you should have a doctor take a look to make sure you don't need a course of oral antibiotics for it
