Hi,
Welcome to HCM!

Please don't worry as it is completely normal for stools to turn black when you consume iron tablets. In fact, getting black stool is a good sign indicating that iron is being absorbed in your body.

Please continue taking Pregnacare as is it very useful for your body.

Wishing you a healthy and successful pregnancy.

With warm regards,
Dr. Sridhar Reddy
