Are Dehydration, Hot Flashes And Stomach Pain Signs Of Anxiety?

15 year old boy with history of migraines. Has been taking 50 mg topiramate daily and effexor xr. Recently had nerve block in back of head for migraines. Fainted during procedure. Dr. said normal. Several days later he fainted again (twice in two days). Complains of stomach pains. Red blood cell count is high. Tests show dehydration in spite of drinking a lot of fluids daily. Does have some anxiety. Has hot flashes for lack of a better way to describe... He suddenly gets hot and flushed, then it passes.
