Are Delayed Periods And Lower Backache Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hello doctor,I am not having my periods since 45 days and I can experience a white milky discharge coming out of my vagina.I am having pain in my lower back and a little bit of itching in my vaginal area.why am I having these kind of symptoms? Do these symptoms indicate pregnancy? And can I get pregnant due to oral sex? Waiting for your reply..thankyou
