General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.

Your symptoms might be due to pregnancy or Premenstrual Tension. U can still wait for 10days from your missed period (maximum 45days since last menstrual cycle) & do a HPT or do serum beta HCG test which is more reliable than HPT.

Relax yourself and do YOGA
Take nutritious diet
Take plenty of fluids
Consult your gynaecologist for further assistance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician.
