yea i have missed my period for this month i am 7 days late took a pregnancy test when i was 2 days late but the Dr i went to see told me it was to early to take a test so now it has been 7 days and i was sexual active while i was ovulating i have never had a missed period so this is my first time having this

Pregnancy test detect HCG hormone in the urine.
It should be done on 7 day after missed period (7 days after your normal menstrual bleeding day)
If you did 2 days late , it will come negative.
For accurate pregnancy detection you should test for blood hcg level,
that is highly sensitive.
It detect hCG shortly after implantation, which can occur anywhere from 6 to 12 days after ovulation.
