Are Depression, Anger And Sudden Changes In Personality And Mood, Side Effects Of Taking Donepezil?
my mother has been on wellbutrin for years, and recently was prescribed Donapezel for memory. She seems to be extremely angry and argumentative or depressed and sad since then. Could the combnation of these two drugs be causing this sudden change in her moods and personality

It doesn't look like side-effects of the medications you are taking. Do not take overdoses, overdoses sometimes become life-threatening.
Hormonal changes can cause such mood fluctuations, get physically examined & get thyroid function tests done.
Chemical imbalance in the brain causes mood swings like anger, depression or personality change.
Your treating doctor will psychiatric assessment, mood charting, etc to evaluate the degree of bipolar disorder.
You may need medications like antidepressants, anti-psychotic/anti-anxiety or mood stabilizers. Take adequate sleep & avoid stress.
