Thanks for writing to HCM.
I read and understand your question very well.
I try my best to help you.

As you can easily walk up to 3 to 4 km but while running you got tired in just 2 to 3 min. I want to let you know that when you run body consume more oxygen so you got tired. Do running every day , day by day your stamina improve and you can't tired in 2 to 3 min. Build up your stamina. This is normal to get tired in 2 to 3 min in beginers and when you run fast.
The person run slowly and steady , he runs more .
I suggest you to do exercise daily . Also do stretching before exercise.

Do all this thing , it will help you.
I hope my advice will help you a lot.
Thanks and Regards.
