General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I am sorry to hear your wife is going such a difficult TB situation. The dizziness she is feeling might be related to:
- TB itself
- medications used
- possible pregnancy
- non feeding well
Should monitor blood sugar levels to rule out hypoglycemia and blood pressure to rule out hypotension
- dehydration is another possibility

Acidity problem should get treated with antacids 2 hours after food or after taking medication. Plus it's important to get some changes in her diet. Discuss this further with her caring doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wish you fast recovery

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
