Are Dizziness And Grayed Out Vision A Cause For Concern?
I m a 63 year old woman and have been working around our home. I walked down stairs and immediately turned around to for something I forgot and got very dizzy. Slowly walked up the stairs diiziness went away then might left eye sight went totally gray. Sat down immeditely with my Ipad tomcheck out the symptoms and I still have a the top half of my left eye vision grayed out. Its been about 10 minutes. Is this a problem?
From Your description I believe it is the Hypotension (lowered BP) or Hypoglycemia (lowered sugar) that may have caused such symptoms. Anaemia is also sometimes a cause.
I suggest you to have your blood pressure and blood sugar level checked. Treatment is symptomatic and accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Ashish Ranjan, General & Family Physician
