Are Dizziness And Nausea Side Effects Of Taking More Slimquick 250mg Capsules?

Hi, today I took more diet pills in one dose than the required amount. It was slim quick 60 capsules with 250mg in 3 pills. It said do not take more than 6 pills a day and I took 7 relatively at the same time. I m having symptoms of dizziness and nausea so did I overdose?

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms that you have not due to medicine but it might be due to vestibular dysfunction, some time it may be due to hyperacidity, I would suggest Tab Betahistine 8 mg three times in day with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 10 mg once in day, hope this information helps.
