Are Dizziness, Fatigue And Shaking Post Effects Of Iron Infusions?
I ve just had 2 iron infusions. My iron level was 7. My hemoglobin, blood count, hematocritical and iron are all low. I m dizzy. I have that funny feelin in my ears. I had to sit down. My blood pressure is 108/64. Pulse 78. This is at rest. I feel shake. Jittery. Could it just be low bp? I m 46 years old. I weigh 180. I m not on blood pressure meds. I have restless legs syndrome severe.

Iron infusion side effects are dizziness, faintness, or light-headedness but and the low blood pressure makes you feel weak. Also and anemia makes you feel weak. You should drink plenty of fluids, healthy diet rich in vitamin C and iron.
