Are Dizziness, Nausea And Clammy Skin Caused Due To Exposure To Heat?

we were sitting with friends at table and my husband just passed out. Came to quickly but needed to lay down and was very sleepy could not sit up and his skin was very clammy. After about a 1/2 hour was able to get him in car and he vomited. He was able to walk into house and is now sleeping. We were out all day at a lacrosse tournament in the heat and I don t recall him drinking much.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Heat exposure may cause a person to feel dizzy, nauseous, fatigued, sleepy and even faint.
On the other hand, it may be best to have him examined with a doctor to rule out other conditions such as heart disease as a heart attack may cause very similar symptoms as well.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.

Regards,
