Are Dizziness, Shortness Of Breath And Discomfort Suggestive Of Panic Attacks?
hi, I am a 38 year old woman, I started smoking again after not smoking for 2 years. I have been under pressure and lately I am experiencing dizziness, shortness of breath and a general feeling of unwell. Is this something to go to the er with? or am I experiencing a panic attack?
I have reviewed your query and I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. As per your history, please find my advice below:
1. Correct iron +B-12 first (Take AFTRON-S injection diluted) 2. B-12 and IM 3. Do a liver and renal function test & ESR 4. Do Blood DC & ECG
First do all these tests to rule out pathological disorders after that only we can go in favor of panic attack.
I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me.
Wishing you all the best.
Thanks, Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
